There are several factors to consider when considering Pelican Preserve condo living. First it is important to learn the terms associated with the different condo building types:

Coach and Carriage homes are typically 4 to 6 per building, you live upstairs or down and they have a one or two car garage. The upstairs units are normally larger as you can build out over the garage and often have higher ceilings.

Low Rise Units - These are condos that are not over 3 floors and some have car ports and open parking while others have a garage.

Mid- Rise Units - Range from 4 to 8 floors with elevators.

High- Rise Units - Over 8 floors and typically the prices increase with each floor especially if there is a nice view involved.
